Sakshi Gupta
Owner / Registered Physiotherapist
Hi, I am Sakshi Gupta, born and raised in India and graduated with Bachelors of Physiotherapy Degree in 2010. I have practiced as a physiotherapist in various parts of Alberta and have gained a vast experience in working with people of all age groups and wide variety of areas like general orthopedics, sports rehabilitation for young athletes, work related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, geriatrics, women’s health and acute care in hospital settings.
I have over 12 years of Clinical Experience and during the course of my practice, I have attained certifications in Biomedical dry needling, spinal manipulation, Kinesio-taping, Pelvic Health in treating Urinary Incontinence in Women, GLAD program which focuses on hip and knee osteoarthritis management and finally, Vestibular and concussion management.
I am a strong advocate for active rehabilitation, patient education and collaborative practice where I like to work very closely with you and your whole health care team and then my ultimate goal is to help you achieve your goals.
In my Spare time, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and watching movies with my family.
Amit Kumar
Registered Physiotherapist
Hi, I am Amit Kumar. I was born and raised in India and completed my Bachelor’s degree of Physiotherapy in 2009. I have over 10 years of clinical experience working as a physiotherapist at a variety of clinical settings in Saskatchewan and Alberta. It ranges from private practices to smaller health centres to bigger hospitals and also worked with all age groups. My areas of speciality are musculoskeletal disorders, sports injuries, work related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, vestibular and concussion management.
I am trained in a variety of physiotherapy treatment techniques like Dry-needling, spinal manipulation and K-taping. I ensure that my treatment plans are very much customized for every client using the suitable physiotherapy techniques. I prefer to empower my clients so that they can actively participate in the goal setting and recovery planning.
When I am not working, you can find me working out at the gym or watching a series on Netflix.

Medical Office Assistant
Hi, my name is Gitika. I completed my diploma in Medical Office Administration from CDI College, Edmonton In 2022. I completed my Graduation in Science as well from India. I worked as a Surgeon’s Assistant In India for about 5 years in the Medical- Surgical Unit and got vast experience in working with different people and Health Care Professionals.
Currently, I am working as an Office Administrator in VIRA Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic where I handle Insurance claims and Billing work as well as assist our physiotherapists in various therapies like TENS, IFC, Ultrasound and Spinal Traction.
I Love to help our clients in scheduling appointments, answering their questions & concerns and make their whole treatment experience very comfortable and safe.
In my spare time I like to browse things online and watch web-series.
